COMMUNITY SERVICE RECAP: VIP 22 - COLUMBUS

With a team of only 37 individuals we boldly declared to raise $100,000 in 28 days for NC4K. We reached out to corporations, local businesses, co-workers, family, and friends to support this cause. Our campaign reached far and wide including as far as Colorado, Florida, and even Saudi Arabia. As a team we pushed every day from early morning into the late hours of night. We collected donations until the very last second the community service project ended.

According to their website, Next Level Trainings is a "a transformational training organization that supports people in unlocking their power, passion and purpose." The group made it their mission to raise $50,000 for Operation Backpack in just 21 days.  "We are in the 9th series of the Vision Impact Program. We have a community service project we call a CSP and we have 21 days to raise money for Operation Backpack. We all voted for this non-profit organization and we are at over $80,000 currently," said Kimberly Monks with Next Level Trainings.

The 9th leadership class of Next Level Trainings Vision and Impact Program in Philadelphia raised $90,684 in 23 days for Operation Backpack, a non-profit organization located in Pottstown, PA. Our team of 26 students chose to support Operation Backpack and we are excited to have created massive results for them and the community.

With a team of 26 individuals we boldly declared to raise $50,000 in 21 days for Operation Backpack. We reached out to large and small corporations, local businesses, family, and friends to support this cause. Our campaign reached across the world, receiving donations from as far as California and Italy. Despite the physical distance between our team, we continued to push until the very last second of our campaign, raising a grand total of $90,684.

With a team of only 43 individuals, we boldly declared to raise $100,000 in 25 days for VCAS. We immediately set out on the objective and reached out to friends, family and local businesses to support the cause. Our mission reached from coast to coast and even beyond the United States itself in our search for support. Not only did we reach our goal, we exceeded it, raising a total of $118,453 for VCAS.

We, Team 20/20 Vision, the 20th class of Next Level Trainings’ Vision Impact Program (VIP) in Columbus, were charged with creating an impactful community service project. Our decision as a team was to stand in support of creating future leaders of tomorrow through an organization called Seeds of Caring. With a team of only 40 individuals, we boldly declared to raise $88,000 in 21 days. We reached out to corporations, local businesses, family, and friends to support this cause. Our campaign reached all across the country, as far as Washington State and even Europe. No matter our location, we pushed until the very last second of our campaign.

The 20th leadership class of Next Level Trainings, as part of it’s transformational curriculum has created a large-scale community service project for a local non-profit organization. The leadership class has chosen to support Seeds of Caring and is set to raise $88,000 for Seeds of Caring. The campaign runs until March 21, 2019. In just 7 days the campaign has raised over $28,000.

The team of leaders will also collect 2,500 tangible goods and improve the physical space. According to the Marketing Lead, Jessica Trevino "the work Seeds of Caring provides to the Columbus community is so vital to our youth. We are grateful to have this opportunity to support in inspiring the next generation of leaders."

Teens all across central Ohio go to Huckleberry House, if they are in need of shelter and other resources are received and treated with unconditional kindness and respect. The 19th class of Next Level Trainings is supporting Huckleberry House with two Facility Improvement Days. Huckleberry House is a non-profit organization that provides emergency shelter services, a youth crisis hotline, and counseling services along with a transitional living program for formerly homeless youth ages 17-22 in Columbus.

This event is part of the Next Level Trainings fundraising campaign to raise $117,000, collect 1,500 tangible goods, physically improve the facility and provide 3,700 hours of volunteer hours in support of Huckleberry House. The Columbus Huckleberry House is open to Ohio teen-youth in need of shelter, food or safety.
