By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

We offer transformational workshops designed to empower individuals and groups to reach their full potential and achieve their personal and professional goals.

2. Registration

To participate in our workshops, you must register via our website and provide accurate personal information.

3. Payment

Payment for workshops must be made in full (or on a payment plan) at the time of registration. We accept major credit cards and offer AFFIRM as an option.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Tuition, including deposits and payment plans, is non-refundable. Tuitions expire one year after the initial training or workshop date.

2. Payment plans must be paid in full, with no exceptions, even if a student chooses not to attend the training.

3. A student can transfer their tuition once to another training or workshop of the same kind for no charge. Additional transfers will incur a $50 fee until tuition expires.

4. Tuition can be transferred to another student for a Next Level training or Workshop for a reissuing fee of $50. Student-to-Student transfers can only happen once and only as training. (Ex. Discovery to Discovery, Breakthrough to Breakthrough, etc.)

5. Tuition must be paid in full before attending the trainings or workshops or within the payment plan timeframe.

6. Payment options are offered by Affirm and are subject to an eligibility check. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required.

5. Workshop Attendance

Participants are expected to attend all sessions of the workshop.

6. Intellectual Property

The content and materials provided during the workshops are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Participants may not copy, distribute, or share these materials without our express written consent.

7. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during the workshops. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of our participants and maintain strict confidentiality regarding any personal information shared during the workshops.

9. Liability

We assume no liability for any physical, emotional, or financial harm resulting from the application of the techniques or strategies taught in the workshops.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, in which the workshop is held.
