TUITION POLICY
TUITION POLICY — THE NEXT LEVEL TRAININGS
We want you to feel fully informed before you enroll. Please read this policy carefully. By electronically signing your order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Tuition Policy and our Terms of Service — including our no-refund policy.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All tuition payments are non-refundable — including deposits and any payments made through a payment plan. We encourage you to review your schedule and commitment before enrolling.
2. PAYMENT PLANS MUST BE PAID IN FULL
If you enroll through a payment plan, the full balance is owed regardless of whether you attend. Enrolling in a payment plan is a commitment to pay the full amount.
3. TRANSFERRING YOUR SPOT TO ANOTHER TRAINING
You may transfer your tuition to another training or workshop of the same type, ONE TIME ONLY, at no charge.
4. TRANSFERRING YOUR SPOT TO ANOTHER STUDENT
You may transfer your tuition to another person one time for a $50 reissuing fee. Transfers must be to the same training type (e.g., Discovery → Discovery, Breakthrough → Breakthrough).
5. ONE TRANSFER PER TUITION
Each tuition allows a maximum of one transfer after the original enrollment date — whether that transfer is to a different training date or to another student. Once a transfer has been made, no further transfers are permitted.
6. TUITION EXPIRATION
Tuition expires one year from the date of the original training or workshop. Expired tuition cannot be transferred, refunded, or applied to future enrollments.
7. PAYMENT REQUIRED BEFORE ATTENDING
You must be paid in full — or current on your payment plan — before attending any training or workshop.
