Death. Loss. Grief. No matter the name you give it, the experience of it is inevitable. At some point in life, you will experience the death of a beloved person, the demise of a dream, the dissolution of a marriage, a miscarriage, the loss of a job, the passing of a pet, the destruction of your sense of safety. This workshop facilitated by Karen Austin will support you in looking for the gifts in our pain. Let’s examine our expectation that someday when enough time has passed, we will magically have “closure” and be done grieving and feeling our pain.
