LIT is an opportunity to master the pillars of leadership, the art of redesign, reinvention and communicating with impact.

LIT is rigor, excellence, passion, excitement, fun, breakdown, breakthrough, risk, commitment, urgency, and transformation.  It is an opportunity to discover, unlock, and exercise your potential as a master leader. Each student will be accepted based on their demonstrated commitment to transformation, excellence, and results.

Upon completion of the LIT Program, each student will receive a formal evaluation and recommendations for further development. Graduation in excellence from the LIT Program is a prerequisite for becoming a Trainer Intern, though does not constitute a guarantee of being accepted as an intern.

Important Information

Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age and a VIP graduate to participate in the LIT Program.
  
  

• You must be a VIP graduate by the time of the first training date to apply.
  
  

• You must have enrolled 3 legacies into the Ignite Program.
  
  

• You must have coached at least 1 Ignite Training (coaching through VIP is preferred). If you have not yet coached you will get to commit to coaching in one of the next 2 Ignite cycles. Coaching must be complete by end of LIT to graduate.
  
  

• Next Level requires all forms to be completed prior to the start of the training, including the health history and release waiver. These forms will be emailed to you before the training start date.
  
  

• If you are pregnant, you are eligible to participate in the LIT Program so long as you complete the program before your 3rd trimester begins and have written consent from your obstetrician.

Preparation

• Come ready to work/play hard. You get out of them what you put into this training, just like at the gym. The people who get the most out of it are the ones who give it 100%!
  
  

• The LIT Program is designed for VIP graduates who have demonstrated a high level of achievement and accomplishment and who are committed to developing themselves as change agents in the world in order to make a profound difference. LIT is an in-depth, highly rigorous, six-month program where participants will be trained in emotional intelligence, the art of facilitating workshops, and the distinctions of the mastery of leadership. It is for leaders of all kinds: entrepreneurs, coaches, executives, officers, community leaders, teachers, trainers, inspirational speakers, presenters, and anyone dedicated to creating an extraordinary impact in their lives and the world.
  
  

• All Next Level Trainings have built-in restroom and meal breaks. Participants are encouraged to bring snacks and water.
  
  

• Ending times are approximate and can be earlier or later than scheduled.

• All 3 trainings weekends will be IN PERSON in Columbus, OH at Seven Studios - 1488 Grandview Ave, Columbus, OH 43212.

  The venue is located approximately 30 minutes away from the John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) via I-270 North.

Full Attention

• This is an immersive experience, unlike a conference or seminar. Participation generates value and full commitment creates maximum results. Missing significant stretches of time or certain exercises will preclude the completion of the training.
  
  

• Cell phones will be off during the training but can be checked during the regular breaks.

Payment

• The first deposit installment is $500. An additional $1000 is due before the start of your first weekend. Payments of $700 will be deducted on a monthly basis for the subsequent 5 installments of your tuition. All payments must be complete to attend 3rd Weekend. There is a $400 discount if paid in full by first weekend.
  
  

Graduation

• There will be a LIT graduation banquet for students and their guests. The date will be provided to students during their program experience.
