Since our doors opened in 2014, we have partnered with non-profits to make a powerful impact in our local communities. Our Vision and Impact Program (VIP) curriculum includes a large-scale community service component where participants create a massive month-long project for a non-profit of their choosing. Teammates are encouraged to envision the unimaginable, create the impossible, and deliver the unobtainable. Using the skills from our trainings and support from our Next Level Trainings personal coaches, we consistently deliver on our declarations.
HOW IT WORKS:
Roughly 40-60 team members in the current VIP leadership class execute the entire project within 30 days.
Teammates on average work to raise $100,000-$200,000, collect hundreds to thousands of tangible goods, create improvement projects to upgrade offices and/or facilities, and execute a minimum of two events.
Through our non-profit partnerships, 100% of donations go directly into the non-profit's bank account in real time for immediate use and impact.

Testimonials
When Next Level first approached me, I said “huh…in how many days?” Each day I began to look and say, this is amazing. How are they doing this? And it showed me as a non-profit organization, we have to move outside of our norm. We have to get outside the box of what the textbooks tell us to do, what the funders tell us to do. We have to move outside of the box to get it done.

Executive Director of Front Steps Housing and Services
We are beyond grateful and so appreciative of everything the Next Level Trainings’ community service project has done to make our important work possible. This will have a tremendous impact on the thousands of people we serve, especially during this COVID-19 crisis when the community that turns to us needs us now more than ever.

Senior Director of Development at Equitas Health

I can speak for all of us at Maryhaven: we are eternally thankful to the Next Level Trainings team for their enthusiasm, passion, and tenacity during the past few weeks. Their fundraising efforts and dedication to improve the facility at Maryhaven's adolescent center was breathtaking. This project will have a lasting impact on the teens in this community and their legacy will last for years to come.

We weren’t aware of this program. They just said: ‘We want to support you — and get rid of any limited thinking. Open your mind and your vision; what’s the most wonderful thing that could happen to this organization?’ Less than two months later I was shaking my head in happy disbelief over the results. Such a bounty doesn’t typically rain down on nonprofit agencies such as Kaleidoscope. In fact, their efforts doubled the previous largest contribution.
Amy Eldridge
Executive Director, Kaleidoscope Youth Center
The efforts that students in Next Level Trainings are providing is a true blessing that many non-profits don’t get to experience. Knowing we have this windfall of funds is making a truly massive and transformational impact on our organization.

Executive Director, Local Matters
It’s not often I am at a loss for words, but I have to say over these past couple of weeks with every dollar raised; I had the face of a client come into my head. To say that we are humbled and grateful for what Next Level Trainings has done is an understatement. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!
Mary Kay Meeks-Hank
Executive Director, Face to Face Germantown
“We were stunned when the Next Level Trainings leadership class told us we had been selected. The energy and love they are bringing with this is the answer to our prayers. We are in awe of what the Next Level Trainings' leadership class was able to achieve with such a short period of time. We have seen and feel their love and have immense gratitude for how they have revitalized our organization.”

Director of LifeTown
I fully expected the Military Veterans Resource Center might receive $1,000 or $2,000 from the service project, and I would have been happy with that. Then I saw the oversized check for more than $30,000 – I was really a state of awe. This will really help us build capacity here.

Executive Director, Military Veterans Resource Center
It was a surprise when Next Level Trainings contacted us in late October and told us their plans. When the team over-delivered on their promise and in such a short period of time, a simple 'thank you' seemed inadequate. We are truly in awe of these leaders and Next Level Trainings.
