In this workshop, you will reveal, explore, and share your own authentic, individual contribution to the intricate storyline of humanity. This sublime workshop incorporates ancient mystical practices from around the world, curated to evoke the power and beauty hidden in each of our hearts. Step into the unknown and meet yourself there.

An Immersive Journey
IN PERSON ONLY
The Meeting is in person only, which means, it is a real-time, live experience. We will be hosting in Columbus, OH and we will announce the location closer to the date.
CONTEXT
Exercises may include:
Body and mind practices: Explore varied spiritual modalities including breath-work, closed-eye processes, static and free movement.
Creativity: Access intuition through art “work.”
Interactive Discussion: Practice introspection and using your voice to contribute to group brainstorms.
Authentic self-expression: Get in touch with what is most important to you and express yourself in words, art, movement, and collaboration.
Celebrate: Be part of beautiful moments that have lasting value.
Important Information
Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age, and a Next Level Trainings Discovery or Shift graduate.
Next Level Trainings requires all forms to be completed prior to the start of the workshop, including the health history and release waiver. These forms will be emailed to you before the workshop start date.
Preparation
All Next Level Trainings workshops have built-in restroom and meal breaks. Attendees are encouraged to prepare snacks and have water nearby.
Attendees should dress in clothing that they can move in. Please have extra layers a journal and pen nearby,
Ending times are approximate and can be earlier or later than scheduled.
Full Attention
This is an immersive experience, unlike a conference or seminar. Participation generates value and full commitment creates maximum results. Missing significant stretches of time or certain exercises will preclude the completion of the workshop.
Students will be given homework to be completed when the workshop is not in session. We advise students to avoid making evening plans or attempting to tend to work during workshop days.
Cell phones will be off during the workshop but can be checked during regular breaks.

All balances must be paid before the first session of your workshop begins.
