Volunteer leadership group, Next Level Trainings to raise $40,000 in 12 days to support local non-profit, Everybody Beautiful
COLUMBUS, OH – The 27th leadership class of Next Level Trainings, as part of its transformational curriculum, has created a large-scale community service project to support a local non-profit organization. The 2020 class, comprised of 28 volunteers, has chosen to support Everybody Beautiful. They set out to raise $40,000, collect tangible goods, and throw a fundraising event for the cause. The campaign runs until March 20, 2020.
Next Level Trainings captain, Adam Nelson, said “The work of Everybody Beautiful supports women who have experienced trauma in empowering themselves and regaining their dignity. We are grateful to have this opportunity to help bring impacted women back to a transformed and fulfilling life.”
In the Central Ohio area, thousands of women struggle with unsafe, unsupportive, or abusive challenges in their home environment. The Ohio Poverty Report from 2019 showed that women have a much higher level of poverty than men, particularly between the ages of 18 to 44. Everybody Beautiful provides a wide range of support to help these women redefine their self-image and improve their lives.
