Through our Vision and Impact leadership Program (VIP), participants create a massive month-long project for a non-profit of their choosing. Participants from diverse socioeconomic, racial, religious, and political backgrounds come together as a team and learn the power of unity and a shared vision.
Teammates are encouraged to envision the unimaginable, create the impossible, and deliver the unobtainable as a community. Harnessing the tools of emotional intelligence, effective communication, empowerment, tenacity, and support from the Next Level community and beyond, we transfer 100% of donations directly into the non-profit's bank account, in real-time, for immediate use and impact.
