When Next Level first approached me, I said “huh…in how many days?” Each day I began to look and say, this is amazing. How are they doing this? And it showed me as a non-profit organization, we have to move outside of our norm. We have to get outside the box of what the textbooks tell us to do, what the funders tell us to do. We have to move outside of the box to get it done.
