One World Trade Center Lights Up Yellow for Sunshine Foundation

NEW YORK CITY – Tonight, the spire of One World Trade Center in New York City was lit yellow to spread awareness of Next Level Trainings’ Philadelphia-based leadership team fundraising goal of $80,000 for the Sunshine Foundation.

At the event, The Sunshine Foundation made a dream come true for 16-year old Yamilette Machua who has low-functioning autism and intellectual delays. She was joined by her mother, Martha, and sister, Mixdale, as the Sunshine Foundation and Next Level Trainings granted her dream of taking a trip to Disney World and other Florida theme parks.

“We are so thrilled that the leaders in Next Level Trainings are partnering with us in bringing brightness into children’s lives all over the country,” said Sunshine Foundation President, Kate Sample, who presented tonight’s award. “Together, the Sunshine Foundation and Next Level Trainings get to spread joy to children like Yamilette and we were honored with tonight’s special lighting of One World Trade Center.”
