The life wheel dates back into the 1960s and is still an easy-to-use tool that visually represents where you feel your life is right now in this moment. Identify what areas of your life are a 10/10 and what areas of your life could use some extra attention.

Examine and rank each category from 1-10 to identify what areas of your life you’d like to improve or create a greater sense of balance with.
After identifying the shifts you’d like to make, dive deeper and write a descriptive vision of what a 10 in each area would be like.
With this visual representation, you will be able to see what areas you’ve become an expert in and what areas you’ve put on hold.
The areas you’ve been putting on hold are an indication of what’s not working and not a priority at this time.
These results may be shocking as you uncover what you’ve subconsciously been avoiding. This is an incredible opportunity to make long-term changes and take action.
It is never too late to redirect your course of life.
Though, we can’t predict the future or tell you what 2022 has in store, what we can say is that you have everything it takes to level up your life and create the life of your dreams.
