Mindset of the Month: Tenacity

Mindset of the Month: Tenacity

Tenacity is about pushing through limiting beliefs and having the willingness to take action despite all odds. Leaders pause, gather feedback, and reinvent. When you take a moment to pause, you have the ability to see what's working and not working. When you gather feedback, you're able to uncover any strengths or weaknesses. When you reinvent, you can have fun and get creative in your thinking process.
